Cash or Check will be accepted in person prior to removal. All SMALL items to be shipped by UPS, must be paid by credit card prior to shipping (5% additional fee). All phone bid and absentee bids will be handled and exercised by the office, these bids must be placed/lined up, prior to the start of the auction. BE SURE OF WHAT YOU ARE BUYING! If you need shipping for your items, you will pay the shipping costs on top of your purchase price.
